I have years of experience specializing in working with adults in individual and couples therapy. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, relationship and self-esteem issues. Currently, I maintain an on-line private practice serving those who reside in the state of New York.

As a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), I have a greater understanding of the disease of addiction and the destructive patterns that not only impact the person struggling with addiction, but also the significant others impacted by this disease. I also work with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), understanding the specific challenges those who grew-up in a home where substances were abused face.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, but also draw upon Internal Family Systems Therapy with a Psychodynamic perspective. I utilize the benefits of Mindfulness along with positive coping skills to help you manage uncomfortable feelings while encouraging positive self-care.
